I originally gave these five stars because they’re great except for one flaw that ruins my experience every couple of days. Once the battery gets down to where it has a THIRD of its charge left, a low battery alarm starts cutting in constantly. Add to this, it only ever charges up to %80. These headphones are only useful for half as much battery time as advertised. All I ask for is some option to turn off this awful misfeature in the B&O app. I don’t care about the longevity of the battery. I’m not careful enough with these for them to last more than a couple years in any case. I spent hundreds of dollars for headphones that sounded good enough for me to hear everything in my music and meetings. Why can’t they just shut up and do what I bought them for?!?!?? 🤬😭🤬😭🤬😭

Let me tell you why for me these are still one of the best.
Sounds great. Energetic, alive, great tones and details with great bass that is over powering but still very strong.

have had these for around 2 years and use them for about 4 hours average daily while working. I will try to give a summary of my experience.
Build quality – The build quality on these is very nice. The primary materials exposed to potential damage are metal and leather. While they may endure some bumps and scrapes, they likely will not break. The only damage mine have sustained is scratched metal and small tears in the leather, but nothing that a sewing needle and some thread couldn’t fix. Even after the damage, they still look great.
Sound quality – They are B&O’s – what do you expect? While not top tier audiophile quality, these still sound great and balanced with very little distortion. Some might find the bass lacking, but it can also be adjusted to your preference in the app. Just be sure to burn them in with some pink noise as audio quality will seem disappointing otherwise straight out of the box.
Comfort – As someone with a rather large head, I can wear these anywhere from 2-10 hours per day with glasses and not have issues. I can definitely still feel them, but they don’t squeeze to the point of a headache like other over ear headphones do.
Battery life – While the battery life has given way a bit, I am still able to get through around 2 full days of work and then some before needing a charge.

There is a very audible noise when connected to Bluetooth, it reminds me of the sound picking up the phone during a fax or modem connection. In quiet situations it gives me a headache and makes them unusable. Plugged in… 5 stars. I went to the retailer and tried to get them to hear it, I even recorded it with a condenser mic, but to no avail, stuck with them now.

These are by far the best headphones I have ever owned. They are SO comfortable, the design and color are so elegant and sleek, they do not have noise cancellation (which is great for me, because I don’t like it). And the sound is amazing. Highly recommend these.
