Description
Dayton Audio BSA-200
The Dayton Audio BSA-200 is a perfect amplifier for tactile transducers. Delivering 200W of output, the BSA-200 gives bass shakers a powerful, yet controlled signal. The amp brings gaming setups and home theaters an added “texture” with a low end that can really be felt. From explosions in movies to road rumble in gaming chairs, the BSA-200 produces a commanding, physical dimension for bass frequencies.
The Dayton Audio BSA-200 200W Bass Shaker Amplifier delivers a powerful bass signal specifically for tactile transducers but also works equally as well for a dedicated sub amp. In a small form factor that is great for tight spaces, the BSA-200 still packs a mighty punch. A frequency and balance knob give you control over the crossover point and output to dial in your ideal sonic signature.
Control at Your Fingertips
Providing the ultimate flexibility in system integration, the BSA-200 gives you control over the crossover point and volume so you can find the perfect balance of low-end in your audio system. With a crossover point from 50 to 200 Hz, the BSA-200 pairs with any set of speakers without low-end mud and loss of the low mid’s fidelity and punch by preventing the build-up of frequency nodes between the sub and speakers.
The BSA-200 gives you an extremely flexible amp that is suitable for not only bass shakers but subwoofers as well. In addition to speaker outputs, the amp also features line outputs so that you can daisy chain multiple units together for larger installations. To help clean up the need for messy speaker wire, the BSA-200 offers a USB port that can power 5V devices.
Adding convenience to power, the BSA-200 features an included wired remote control for volume adjustments as well as amp power on/off. The remote is perfect in applications in which the amp is installed in hard to reach places such as under a couch. With complete control over functionality via the remote, you can install the BSA-200 in more discrete locations to keep it out of view.

-No volume indicator
-The volume defaults to a preset level each time it is used.
-The wiring diagram for wiring four bass shakers in sieries/parrellel was incorrect by having both wire ends going to a positive output on the amp. instead of one going to the negative return terminal.

This product does clip a little bit when it is on full power. If he turned the power down a little bit it won’t clip. I have 4 shakers connected to this and they work great.

It does what it says it does. Works great with the BST-1 transducers. I’ve got 4 of them hooked up and it does as advertised.

After bridging the output, it drove the LFE mini shaker quite well

I just dove into the world of bass shakers after being curious for years. It’s one of the best upgrades I ever made. I don’t have a dedicated home theater room and I have kids. For that reason, I like that the unit is compact and doesn’t have any buttons that kids could tamper with.

Everything is great except for the packaging. Miraculously, the order arrived successfully. I advise the seller to pay attention to the packaging of the goods. A poly bag is not enough for a safe shipment.

I bought it over a year and half with an excellent performance but it stopped ✋️ working properly no shaking a constat vibration instead. So a check everything and called
The new one have a rotary volume instead of the push button on remote.
Got installed back in business again I can’t complain. Thank you Dayton Audio.

I added this coupled with the Dayton Audio BST-1s to my couch. It really increases the immersive effect especially in action movies. Positively startling for explosions, crashes, aircraft sounds.
My wife is usually skeptical about changes like this, but she liked it as well.
