These are great speakers for older cars. Perfect if you want to put in an aftermarket head unit but don’t want to run amp and cables. The amp in a aftermarket radio usually has a low RMS which will not be enough power to bring expensive more powerful speakers to life. These speakers are designed to sound great using this smaller amount of power, and they do it well.
