The mic worked so well that 2 musician friends of mine ordered theri own C5 mics. They also love it. The mic does a superb job for vocals and also is rugged (it fell to the floor once with no ill effects).

Since it needs phantom, I use a little Behringer pre-amp to compress the sound…beautiful…you can feel the difference from a dynamic mic.
