As a long time B&O user, I purchased the EQs as another set of earbuds to have on hand for WFH. Getting the earbuds set up on the app with the latest firmware was a painful exercise that challenged every ounce of my patience. The B&O app is simply too buggy and unstable. Once it’s setup, however, it’s fine for day to day use. My biggest issue is the low volume. It doesn’t get loud enough compared to other earbuds, and I find myself cranking it up to maximum volume far too often. I considered returning these, and probably would have had these been purchased as my primary device.

I love the sound quality. The only downside is the fitting on ny ears. It falls off easily.

I had an earlier set of the EQ’s paired with comply tips and they were phenomenal. I tried them for a week but non of my first experiences with them could be replicated, the noise cancellation in a mild loud work environment, nor the sound quality while listening to a podcast. Instead I got below average performance and where outdone by my airpod pros 2nd gen. I would recommend MTW3’s with comply tips.

These Have some of the Best Sound Quality on the Market if not the best. But…. Bang & Olefson is known for Bluetooth issues. These will drop Blue tooth in one ear or in both ears and it will become consistent. These are the EQ and the EX are better but even then Bang & Olefson have NOT fixed any Issues that customers have complained about. If you want the best balance with better Noise canceling the. I recommend Sony Wf-10005 or Sony WH-10005 one is earbuds and the other is over the ear headphones. I recommend Bose and Skullcandy Evos. These are all better than Bang & Olefson in every Category but Sound Quality. That’s why I hope Bang & Olefson can finally fix the Bluetooth issue and upgrade the Noise canceling on the next Earbuds. If all you offer is the Best Sound Quality but mid song the Bluetooth drops and disconnect then it’s not worth the hassle!

Ok here is the thing about these buds, the sound quality is awesome, there look is elegant they look nice but I’m not really happy with the fit, there pretty big so they are a little bit heavy, the price is really good as well these buds are normally around 400 dls, I totally recommend them give them a try
