I have big ear holes. I have a hard time finding tips that give a true seal. That seal is what makes the little earbuds sound so great.
This may be a design flaw in the carrying case. The charging holes are small and if you larger tips they get stuck in the charger. Larger tips prevent charging too.
I found some that work – they are SkullCandy replacement tips. Before charging I have to take the tips off, which is a pain, especially in the dark in bed…

If these are large, I’d hate to see what small is! Nowhere near what my original larger size was. These do not stay in my ear. Too bad they don’t offer extra large or XXlarge. Makes these earbuds useless to me. Too bad I’ll need to switch brands because these really worked well with the proper size tips.
