I was tired of my sad sounding Mac Mini speakers and the monitor speakers were worse, so I found these Pebble 3 speakers for a great price with same day (within 6 hrs!) delivery. I was surprised with the sound quality and low price. I don’t need huge base and huge speakers. These were perfect for my needs.

I bought these to work with a new computer. After no success in installing them, I did some research. The cable with the round narrow end must be plugged into the green slot on the back of the computer. The USB cable also needs to be plugged into a port. Not intuitive. However, the speaks do appear to generate good sound.

These are the best pc speakers I have every owned. I really like them. they don’t take up too much space; the cord length is adequate; the design is very attractive; and the sound quality is very good. The quality and price make these speakers keepers. Easy to use; plug and play. Volume control is easy to handle. You can move and place these speakers just about where ever you want. I am quite happy with these speakers. And they don’t fall over or off your desk; they stay put.

PRO: Nice, clear sound. An order of magnitude better than the speakers I had. For the price you likely can’t do better for general sound and even music.
CON: Weak bass. Even with the subwoofer, the bass is disappointing. Anything below about 120 Hz just is just nonexistent.
Not loud. It’s totally adequate for say, a small office, but don’t expect to rattle the dishes.
Do get an auxiliary power supply, though. Don’t even bother using these with a USB port. There’s just not enough watts there to make good sound.

I’ve had a number of sets of computer speakers over the years. Back in the early-to-mid 2000’s (college days for me) it was all about speakers with a subwoofer and a few name brands (Creative Labs, Altec Lansing) that offered speaker sets for $50-100. Nowadays, I just want something that doesn’t need to be plugged in & doesn’t take up a lot of space, but can still get fairly loud and sound decent.
These speakers are lacking in bass, but there’s enough of a hint there with their design and they sound a lot better than a computer sound bar I had previously been using. These are currently my go-to cheapie speakers. If you aren’t watching movies or needing large amounts of bass for music, then these are totally adequate without breaking the bank. They aren’t externally powered and they shut off when the computer is turned off.

Low profile is a huge for these. Not as clear as I’d hoped, but they are running on high gain through USB-C Gen 2. No errors with Windows.
I can’t hear the voices as clear as I’d like, but they are functional to what I need on the particular desk they sit on so I will keep them. If you listen to a lot of voice only stuff like Audible I would go more powerful. They are definitely good though, especially for this price range.

I’m not sure why I couldn’t connect my new speakers to my computer but I couldn’t. I looked on-line and tried to find drivers for my computer and download them. Four different sites said they would update my drivers. All of them wanted money.

I thought I’d miss having a subwoofer again, but I don’t these little babies pump out enough rich bass to make up for the lack of a subwoofer and I listen to symphonic metal. Their compact size is great for tucking back and away on a computer desk. They are powered by a USB cable, so you’ll either need a free port on your computer (which feeds audio through it) or an open outlet that will require a Bluetooth connection to receive audio. My only issue is the AUX port for corded headphones is in the rear making for switching when needed a bit awkward. (So I bought the Creative Hybrid 2 headphones.)

These are nice speakers, especially for the price. I like their small profile, that they fit my small desk well. The speakers sound great and I am certainly happy with my purchase. That being said, I was a little surprised that there isn’t a 3.5 mm input jack for headphones; and when I turn on the speakers I will hear the monitor’s default internal speakers until I turn up the volume enough.

Almost perfect. Durability is top notch, they don’t take up a lot of space, and they’re “loud” if you’re roughly 3-6 feet away from them, but not so loud at a distance. Still great office/desk speakers. Bang for your buck. Sound quality is great.

Update: I also bought the v2.1 to test. This is the version with no passive radiator and has the high gain switch and a small bass module that sits under your desk. This model has significantly more head room in the bass section than the v1 and even the v3. These sounded best when utilizing a graphic EQ to push the frequencies below 60hz. The overall timbre of the speaker was very similar to the V1 (read my review below for that). This is hands down the best pebble speaker set. The bass module is not powered but it does provide more headroom and less distortion than “passive radiators” ever could. Best of all it doesn’t color the beautiful midrange and high end of the V1. I ended up keeping these. The V1 is still great for the money. But it’s night and day between the V1 and V2.1 – I think it’s worth the extra for the bass module

I used these in my home office for watching movies, listening to youtube videos.
They are small, unobtrusive, and have nice sound.
They don’t get that loud, obviously won’t have much bass, and if you push the bass might rattle slightly, but these seem very well made, been using them for at least 1/2 a year, really like them.
To turn them off you have to hold down the volume/power button for > 3 seconds.
There is a bright red LED that is always on, I put a yellow sticky on it so I don’t have to see it staring at me in the dark, dunno why that doesn’t go off when you turn off the speakers LOL. Also, a red LED ring around the bottom when they are on, at least they turn off.
Just what I was looking for, don’t need crazy volume, base, etc., nice price too.

These speakers blew me away with their sound quality! I’m not the biggest audiophile but I do appreciate good music while working/playing on my computer. I also like the small, low profile design. They look very chic on my desk.
Setup was a breeze, although I wish the cable between the two speakers was a little longer. Alternatively, have one or both ends be detachable so I can add an extension. The bass cable detaches from the bass, but all the other cables are hard wired into the two main speakers and can’t be unplugged.
Regardless, I love these speakers! Highly, highly recommend!

I recently purchased the Creative Pebble V3 desktop speakers to enhance my computer audio experience, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. These speakers are not only aesthetically pleasing with their minimalistic design, but they also deliver exceptional sound quality that truly elevates my listening experience.
The first thing that caught my attention was the sleek design of the Pebble V3 speakers. Their compact size and modern look perfectly complement my desktop setup. The USB-C connectivity is a convenient feature that ensures a hassle-free connection to my computer, eliminating the need for an additional power source.

I won’t knock off stars for the broken ones I was originally shipped. I initially ordered a pair of these speakers that I thought simply sucked; the one without the volume knob would only make this awful static sound. Upon realizing that one of them was broken, I was able to get a replacement in the next day that sound very crisp!
For their price mark they won’t blow anyone away, but these sound much better than what they’re priced for! The sleek, minimal design fits in very well with my black desk and I appreciate that you can power it via usb. Great value for what you get!

They are bigger than I thought! It’s funny since most items on the online market end up being smaller than the client thinks they are.
I am by no means an expert or sound enthusiast, but I guarantee that most normal clients like me will be super satisfied with the sound quality and the max threshold of these speakers.
