My sub seemed pretty good at a few inches away but near my sitting position there were large peaks at 60Hz (with boomy base) and big dip at 30. After using my I phone for linear setting the result was nothing short of incredible. Deep tight base with no more booms. Flat response from 25 HZ

Upgrade really introduced to me what bass should and could sound like. Some YouTube channels were more helpful than the instructions on how to calibrate using mic from iPhone which I would recommend having to take full advantage of autocallibration
