Let me start off by saying that I’m no audiophile but I truly enjoy quality sound from quality manufactures. I have never heard of dayton audio and I think I have found a gem. This sub sounds amazing.. Rich bass notes and doesn’t require a load of power to produce quality bass. I have this set up outside in the back yard with polk atrium 5s. If you are in the market for a outdoor sub or even indoor for that matter I think this will definitely fit you desires.

Outstanding sound….plenty of soft and smooth bass. I bought small 300W subwoofer amplifier for to power up this speaker and it works better than I expected. Subwoofer is placed on terrace and surprisingly filling up the the whole terrace with great sound…. quality of final product is visually very high. All surfaces are nice and smooth. Increadible sound. Better then i ever expected…

Connected it to a Denon DRA-800H with a Fosi Audio M03 200 Watt TPA3255 Subwoofer Amplifier Mini Mono Channel Audio Power Amp and it thumps. Both adjustment nobs on the mini amp are turned all the way up and it’s enough to make the sub sound great. Works well enough for my backyard sound system.
